For 21 consecutive days I challenge you to speak no word of complaint, gossip, judgement or criticism (self or of others). Simple! It's the consecutive part that can be a challenge. If you slip up, then note it, and go right back into the challenge. Your slip ups will become glaringly obvious the further into the 21 days you go. Reconnective Healing is a new level of healing that takes us beyond anything we are able to access through an energy healing technique.
