This book is the result of a series of workshops I created for teens. I wanted to put the information developed there into a book for those teens who aren't interested in attending workshops but still want to create positive change in their lives. This book covers topics such as self-esteem, health, anxiety, smoking, drugs, relationships, and listening to one's intuition in order to make good decisions.
